Virtual Therapy for the Soul
January 7th, 2008A friend of mine sent me this before Christmas. He didn’t know it but I’d been feeling very down. This made my day. It’s things like this that make me believe there really is no such thing as ‘coincidence’.

hi, i recently know that i have a Black Dog. I’m still feeling very down now (maybe because i’m just few weeks in med treatment)
i also believe that there is no such thing as ‘coincidence’ and i’m so glad i found this website. Somehow i hope that this blog could help me “train” my black dog to behave.
if you have any advice on what should i do in my state of condition now (based on your experience), i’ll really appreciate it.
ps: the movie also made my day
thank you

Robin & Lori,
You’re welcome!
The black dog does its best to devalue us. Don’t listen when it says you don’t deserve to be happy or feel good about yourself. We all need to be reminded that we’re loved and of value. You are!

A friend gave me the link to your website… said it might help.
It has so far.
Do you have an e-mail address?

Hi Katrina,
I’m glad you’re getting something from this blog. Please poke around and read the older posts too.
For the time being I prefer to answer any questions through the comments section but I have had others request an email from me and so I am reconsidering it.
Stay tuned!

Frieska,
Glad you found the site. Please poke around and read the older posts and the pages in the left rail - About, Exercise, Omega-3, etc.
Also go to http://www.psych.ku.edu/TLC/index.htm This is the program that got me started.
