Get Out Your #2 Pencil
March 4th, 2008Here’s a little stress test for you today.
I didn’t do so well on it. Too many life stressers like health problems, deaths, job woes, etc. BUT, the interesting thing is the response I got from this test was right on the mark. My body & mind over the last 2-3 years has been sending me the exact messages this test said it might. The good news is I am better - despite the stress.

Great little test. Not too long so you don’t stress out or get depressed about all the questions.
My best friend just emailed me this morning with potentially bad news about some retests for her and a “spot” they found on her husband’s chest xray. I did the test for her….yikes! I emailed her back and told her today would be a good day to take a walk outside (we live in California, it’s beautiful here today).
Our entire bodies are wonderful pieces of work. There really is a method to the madness and when you understand there is indeed a mind-body connection. It all makes sense! And knowing that is so freeing and stress reducing…..

Hi,
Two things today:
Regarding taking the oils, I have read that they also act as blood thinner or something that interferes with clotting so that you could get internal bleeding or excessive external bleeding if you take them to excess. I have surfed till I’m dizzy and have not been able to find out how much is too much. Can the Dr’s at your TLC program answer the question, and would you post it or tell me?
I ran across these posts by Tim Ferris, where he talks about the effect of intermittent fasting on longevity, but also goes on to say that it increases BDNF, which makes you less depressed. Thought you might like to read them.
